Joining Coins for Conservation is easy, impactful, and tailored to fit your business. Whether you run a hotel, shop, gallery, café, or any other local business, we’ll help you connect with a nonprofit doing meaningful work right here on the coast.

1. Explore our Eco-Partners

Visit our Eco-Partners page to learn about each nonprofit in our network. You’ll find details about their mission, service areas, and types of projects they support — from sea turtle rescue to marshland restoration.

Choose the partner whose work resonates most with your business values or your customer base.



2. Submit the Interest Form

Each eco-partner page has a short interest form that lets you introduce yourself and express interest in partnering. Once submitted, your selected nonprofit will reach out directly to start the conversation.



3. Work Out the Details

You and the eco-partner will discuss what kind of donation setup makes sense for your business. Some common approaches include:

  • A $1–$5 per reservation donation added to guest stays (options to decline or opt-out)
  • An optional add-on at checkout
  • A donation jar or QR code at the register.

Your arrangement will be simple, voluntary for customers, and easy to manage.

4. Launch Your Partnership

Once you’re ready, your eco-partner will provide:

  • A welcome message and confirmation
  • Printable and digital signage (decals, badges, table tents)
  • Guidance for collecting and forwarding donations

Your business will also be featured on our website, and we’ll celebrate your participation on social media and in future marketing materials.
